NEW YEAR STATE OF MIND

HI DARLINGS! I don’t know about you but I don’t make new year resolutions. I try to give myself short term and long term goals that have nothing to do with resolutions… If you are not motivated and working hard towards your dreams than it being the 1st day of Jan isn’t going to make you those things magically. You gotta do the work!

I have done so well on my road to being healthier and in better shape so this picture below and my GAP FACTORY TANK depicts how I feel going into this new year. Here are a few tips to help you get started…

  1. Change one thing at a time so you don’t get overwhelmed. Example, eliminate sugar completely from your diet or stop drinking soda or sugary drinks.

  2. Add a single serving of fruits or veggies to your day.

  3. Take a walk in the mornings or afternoon

Remember that small changes add up to big changes so instead of thinking about it as a major change allow yourself time to grow into the new changes 😉
