Verizon Girl’s Night Out Recap!
Hi Darlings, I had such a great time at Harlem Fashion Row for #VZGirlsNightOut with winner Ruth and her bestie Nikki (which happened to be Nikki from Nikki In The City) We were all so excited to meet and have a great time. The event itself was really nicely done, there were truly great pieces that made their way down he runway including my girl’s Kimberly Goldson, who I met in NY last year.
We started off the day with a limo ride to a gorgeous Beverly Hills mansion and immediately hit it off, I can’t remember the last time I laughed so much ALL.DAY.LONG!
The girls had the cutest signs provided by Verizon.
We got some pics taken and mingled, we walked the room and I got to meet some other amazing people and designers.
Of course there was a red carpet and a ton of photographers capturing every moment.
As you can tell me and Ruth loved taking selfies. She was such a cool chick!
The designers had some really great pieces but these three looks were my personal favorites! Thats suit was sharp. The sheer cover up was by Kimberly Goldson, Project Runway Season 9 Finalist (shown below). I wish I could have gotten a better pic but that sun was shining so hard it was hard to get a good image.
I had such a pleasure meeting NorrisXThrash these guys are amazing. I think it is crucial for everyones personal happiness to express themselves and never do anything based on what others think and both Norris and Thrash do just that.
After the event we headed off to a wonderful dinner in Santa Monica at The Penthouse with Larvetta and Brittni, Ruth, Nikki and myself. We talked the entire time and truly had an exchange of energy that will be with us always. The food was delicious and the view was stunning.
Once I got back to the hotel I was beat! I pulled out my Sony Xperia Z2 so I could share my day via social media. Overall I could not have asked for a better day. Ruth and Nikki had a blast and that was worth every single second to me. I truly appreciate the love and amazing experience shown to women by Verizon and the L3 Eventeurs team. It was a great time and we had an amazing #VZGirlsNightOut
