Pattern Description: Misses Dress B5886 Lined dress with side zipper, mock bodice wrap.
Pattern Sizing: I cut size 6
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done with it? Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, they are clear and easy to understand.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I love the neckline and I am a total sucker for a girly, flowy dress.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: I did not need to make any changes to the pattern and only ended up removing about 2″ of ease in the bust. I lined the bodice with the fashion fabric but did not have enough for the skirt so I used a lightweight tricot for the skirt lining.
Would you sew it again? Yes I think I need this in black.
Would you recommend it to others? Yes!!!!
The dress is fully lined in a tricot and self fabric combination
