My Bedtime “ME TIME” Routine
Hi Darlings! I know that as women and moms we often forget to STOP, breath and enjoy some alone time but we need it! It keeps our minds and bodies balanced so I try my best to set aside time for myself.

I add my Honest Co. Dreamy Lavender Bubble Bath… Ladies if you don’t take time to soak in a silky and delightful bubble bath after putting the babies to bed like I do you are missing out! This bubble bath is great! I get a nice amount of bubbles, no film around my tub after and the dreamy lavender scent is truly dreamy.
My favorite part of my quiet bath time is having time to soak, relax and read! I have been reading The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg and it is so good!
