DIY FLORAL MESH DRESS USING SIMPLICITY #9701

Hi, Darlings! I am off to Chicago in a few days to visit family so I am trying to finish the week off strong. I made a few things over the last few weeks so I wanted to share. This floral mesh dress is a stunner! The fabric is so good and I knew immediately that I wanted to make my Simplicity #9701 pattern again (this Mimi G pattern is also available in PDF). This is the third dress I have made using my pattern. It is such an easy dress to make.

I have made another sheer version HERE. The pattern has a short waist-length lining piece for the bodice but since I was using sheer I just cut the main patterns pieces twice and used one for the lining, I also cut it shorter than the mesh. You can find this fabric HERE.
