HI DARLINGS! I am so excited about sharing this video of my favorite KETO DRESSINGS. I use both regularly and thought you guys might enjoy them too. These are my versions of an ITALIAN and CAESAR DRESSINGS. KETO DRESSINGS VIDEO

ITALIAN DRESSING

Keto Italian Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  1. ½ cup olive oil

  2. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  3. 3 tablespoons parmesan

  4. 2 teaspoons lemon juice

  5. 1 teaspoon keto friendly mayo

  6. 2 teaspoon organic honey (or any keto friendly sugar alternative)

  7. 1 clove minced garlic

  8. 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

  9. Salt and pepper, to taste

  10. Red chili flakes, to taste

DIRECTIONS

Place ingredients in a shaker or jar with a tight seal and shake until mixed.

CAESAR DRESSING

Keto Caesar Dressing

INGREDIENTS

  1. 1 cup Keto friendly mayo

  2. 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice

  3. 2 tablespoons full fat coconut milk

  4. 1 ½ teaspoons dijon mustard

  5. 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

  6. 1 teaspoon anchovy paste

  7. 3 teaspoons minced garlic

  8. Salt and pepper, to taste

  9. ¼ cup parmesan

DIRECTIONS

Place ingredients in food processor and blend until mixed, use more coconut water as needed to thin out dressing.
