DIY TOP AND PANTS USING BURDA #6332 & SIMPLICITY #8693

HI DARLINGS! It’s Friday and I am so ready for the weekend. I have some filming to do on Saturday for our NEW SIMPLICITY PATTERNS, I owe you a sew-along so I will be getting that done. I also need to finish this green coat I have been working on. For now, however, let me talk about this DIY TOP AND PANTS.

I talked about making a monochromatic look with these fabrics in my SEWING PLANS VIDEO. It is exactly what I wanted and I feel so polished in this look. The pants fabric was in my stash from THE FABRIC STORE and the silk fabric is from MOOD FABRICS.

The pants are a favorite pants pattern for me, I have made them before HERE. They sew up quickly and I like the fit. The TOP I also made before and posted HERE, I love this top so much and knew it would look great in a silky fabric. Both pieces are pretty easy to sew up.
