DIY STRIPED JUMPSUIT USING BUTTERICK #6522

learn to sew

HI DARLINGS! I hope you guys are having a fantastic week so far. I am sitting here typing this post and feeling so blessed. I have had such a great start to the year and I can’t wait to share them with you. I am also really glad that I took the time to sew in December because I have had little time to sew outside of SEW IT ACADEMY courses and SIMPLICITY new designs.

I found this STRIPED FABRIC at MOOD and thought it would make a great jumpsuit. I initially was going to make the full-length version of BUTTERICK #6522 VIEW B but then decided it would be cool to add elastic at the hem and shorten them. This is a straight forward pattern so it was a quick sew. I really recommend it despite pattern envelope lol!

THE LOOK

I wore my very old STEVE MADDEN heels and some black sunnies.
