DIY Shirt Dress + Pattern Review S8014
Hi Darlings, I am getting ready to film this week so you have some DIY projects to do during the Christmas break 😉 Today however I am posting my Simplicity #8014 DIY Dress which I am in love with. I initially was going to make the dress out of a chambray but when I came across this striped textured fabric I knew it would love amazing. The fabric is from The Fabric Store…you can read about them HERE I don’t know if they have any more of this fabric left but you can call or email them to find out (Ph: (323) 931-8300 LA@thefabricstoreusa.com)
The pattern is FANTASTIC! It sews up quickly and is such a cute shirt dress. The shaped hemline is everything! I plan to make this one again and again.
Pattern Description: Simplicity #8014 Misses Shirt Dress

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes they are very clear and easy to follow even for a newbie.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I love a great shirt dress and this one is perfection.
