HELLO DARLINGS! Well it took me long enough but it’s here…the Flutter Top TUTORIAL… YAY!!  Below is the step by step video along with THIS PRINTABLE  which you will need for your measurements. 

I used a linen knit but you can use any light weight knit woven fabric you want. HERE is the link to my fabric choice.
