HI DARLINGS! OKAY OKAY OKAY….Here is the full look of my DIY Tracksuit. This tracksuit has been the talk of the town, lol. I saw a jacket similar on ASOS but I wanted to add more interest and color and I wanted to make matching trackpants so I pulled out a basic bomber pattern and played witH how I wanted my colorblocking. I then traced the new pattern pieces after making modifications, added seam allowances and started sewing the pieces togther to create the chevron you see. I used an old pair of leggings to create my drop crotch pants, I had made some similar before so these were easy. I just added the side colorblocking and zipper.
The entire suit is made from double knits and a knit lining of this awesome floral print and I used rib knit for the cuffs and waistband. I wore it when I interviewed Gwen. You can check out the full interview at the end of this post.
