DIY BOW NECK DRESS + PATTERN REVIEW #S8214

HI DARLINGS! Happy Tuesday and isn’t this dress awesome? lol…YES. This SIMPLICITY #8214 pattern is great and I have already cut the jumpsuit view to make but this Rayon FABRIC from designer KIMBERLY KIGHT for COTTON + STEEL is out of this world. I love using “non-traditional” fabric for garments so when I realized this was a “quilting” fabric I knew the rayon would have a great hand and I was right. It feels amazing and drapes like a dream.

I have a pattern review below and just in case you are wondering my bag is from Michael Kors (old) and my shoes are Steve Madden (also old) My sunnies are from Louis Vuitton.

Pattern Description: #8214 View A Misses Dresses and Jumpsuits

Pattern Sizing: I cut an 8 top and a 10 bottom and graded at the waist.

Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done? Yes I think it did.

Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes, it is clear and easy to follow

What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I love this pattern! I love the dresses, I love the jumpsuits and the neck bow.
