Ripped In 30: Day 3

Hi Darlings, well… was ok. I did not do my workout (she suggest 6 days a week and rest one day) so today is my rest day. I feel so tired. I also went to do Zumba yesterday with my sister-in-law so I am just taking it easy. My soreness is better today so that’s good. I did manage to eat clean and take my protein and of course drink my water (almost a gallon of water) I will make sure to get my workout in tomorrow.

Breakfast: 2 Egg omelete w/ Turkey sausage links (2)

Snack: Protein Shake

Lunch: Chicken and Broccoli Stir Fry

Snack: Protein Shake / Apple

Dinner: Yesterday’s Left Over Chicken Fajita Wrap
