DIY MULTI FABRIC SKIRT + PATTERN REVIEW BURDA 6965
HI DARLINGS! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend. I spent most of it sewing (yay) including this skirt that I have on. I love this skirt!! and the pattern allows for us of multi fabrics which makes it so much fun to do. I used one print in two different color ways for this skirt but I intend on making it with several different fabrics soon. Pattern review for this DIY is below.
UPDATE: Fabric was located HERE and HERE by an awesome reader, thanks for sharing.
I will see you guys tomorrow with a Tipsy Tuesday! If there is a tip or something you want me to cover on Tipsy Tuesdays let me know in the comments.

Pattern Sizing: I cut the 1O
Did it look like the photo/drawing on the pattern envelope once you were done sewing with it? Yes
Were the instructions easy to follow? Yes! You literally cut out 2 pattern pieces. The skirt pattern piece for the view I did is just one piece cut 4 times in each of your two fabrics so you end up with 8 and then you cut the waistband.
What did you particularly like or dislike about the pattern? I love the fit and flare of the skirt. It is very flattering.
Fabric Used: This is an Anna Maria Horner print I picked up at Michael Levine but they don’t seem to have it online. You can always call the store, tell them its on todays post and they will look it up for you.
Pattern alterations or any design changes you made: None
Would you sew it again? Would you recommend it to others? YES!!!
